Absolutely loved this Japanese steakhouse! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection right in front of us. The chefs were entertaining, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Great service, generous portions, and an overall fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend for a fun and delicious night out

From the moment we walked in, this place set the standard for what a great dining experience should be. The atmosphere was clean, inviting, and perfectly balanced between modern and traditional Japanese style. What really stood out, though, was the service. Every staff member was attentive, respectful, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. Our drinks were never empty, the timing of the food was perfect, and every question we had was answered with confidence and kindness. You can tell the management here runs a tight ship. Everything—from the organization of the staff to the consistency of the food—reflects a high level of professionalism and pride. It’s rare to see a restaurant where both the front and back of house operate this smoothly. And the food? Absolutely top-tier. Fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can tell they don’t cut corners. If you’re looking for a Japanese restaurant that delivers not just great food, but an all-around outstanding experience, this is the place. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.

DISAPPOINTED! Only because we didn't find this place sooner!!! Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Quality and quantity of the food was Fantastic. Jace was our server and she was a pleasure, happy to be there. Chef Casey was skillful and mindful of the food he prepared. I hope the owner appreciates them as part of the team, great people are hard to find that enjoy what they are doing. I would suggest a reservation since there is a reason for the wait if you don't make one. Excellent, we will be back!

Noboru in Cornelius is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a genuinely friendly and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is attentive, kind, and clearly takes pride in creating a great experience for every guest. The food is always outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every dish is prepared with excitement, and you can tell quality ingredients are a priority. Whether you’re a hibachi regular or trying it for the first time, Nobura delivers consistency and taste that keeps you coming back. One thing I especially appreciated was their alcohol-free beer option. It’s refreshing to see a restaurant be thoughtful and inclusive of guests who prefer non-alcoholic choices without sacrificing quality or experience. If you’re in Cornelius and looking for delicious food, a welcoming environment, and options that cater to everyone, Noboru Hibachi is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

What an incredible dining experience! I'm in town for one night, after driving from NM to drop a family member of at school, and it's my birthday!! Had originally planned to eat at one of the restaurants near the lake then saw Noburo was within minutes of our hotel. No regrets in making that change in decision. The service, food, and experience was top notch (and better than any hibachi restaurant one been to in NM, and I've been to in several). The soup wasn't the typical boring, no flavor clear soup. Nope this was packed with flavor and oh so good!! Our service and chef were a great, energetic, attentive team. I had the Seafood Delight (lobster, shrimp, and scallops). All my favorites and cooked perfectly. My family member had the steak and shrimp combo and said the same thing. Steak was cooked perfectly, as ordered. Fried rice, noodles, and vegetables were plentiful and very flavorful. Highly recommend Noburo!!
